I am peer reviewing a colleague's draft...

My first reaction is that I know this place, and it will be good to see how another person views this place that I have also visited.

    Ah, then identification matters? This judgment seems kind of reductive. Maybe even cheap.


    What if you didn't know THIS place? is the writing meaningful enough to draw you in?
